My "Heart" Should Choose Which Diet?
When it comes to comparing effective "Heart Healthy" diets, the vegetarian and Mediterranean diets are comparable to each-other in effectively promoting weight loss and reducing you risk for cardiovascular disease, by reducing LDL cholesterol and triglycerides respectively, as published in the February 26th edition of Circulation.
